Medicare support

Personalized Medicare guidance you can rely on.

Gala Health provides plain-language help for people turning 65, current Medicare beneficiaries, and family members helping someone prepare. A licensed agent can explain the Medicare Advantage plans Gala Health represents and help you compare the details that affect everyday care.

Service is available in Massachusetts, New York, Michigan, Ohio, and Virginia, subject to county availability, licensing, and carrier appointment. Start with your location, current coverage, doctors, prescriptions, pharmacies, and budget.

Coverage education

Understand how your coverage options work.

We explain plan information in plain language and point you to the detailed guide for each topic. If you are new to Medicare, begin with the Turning 65 Medicare guide.

Medicare Part C

Understanding Medicare Advantage

Medicare Advantage, also called Part C, is another way to receive Medicare Part A and Part B benefits through a Medicare-approved private plan. Most plans include Part D prescription coverage.

Networks, costs, drug coverage, service areas, and additional benefits vary. For a complete explanation, use the Medicare Advantage guide.

State-administered coverage

Understanding Medicaid

People with both Medicare and Medicaid may qualify for coverage designed to coordinate the two programs. Eligibility is determined by the appropriate state agency. Review the Medicare and Medicaid guide for the details to check.

How we help

Support at each step of the decision.

Our role is to provide clear information, answer questions, and support your review without taking the final decision out of your hands.

01

Medicare needs assessment

We begin with a conversation about your current coverage, doctors, prescriptions, preferred pharmacies, budget, travel, and benefit priorities. This gives us a clear picture of what you need from a plan.

02

Plan comparison support

Compare the plans Gala Health represents side by side, including premiums, deductibles, copays, provider networks, prescriptions, and additional dental, vision, fitness, or OTC benefits. Some plans may have a $0 plan premium or $0 copays for certain services; the Part B premium and other costs may still apply. Explore additional benefits.

03

Enrollment guidance

If you decide to apply and an enrollment period is available, an agent can explain the application steps and expected effective date. Use the enrollment-period guide to understand the timing that may apply.

04

Ongoing plan support

Our support does not end with enrollment. We remain available to help you understand plan materials, prepare questions for the carrier, and review options during applicable enrollment periods as your needs change.
