Medicare Sales Agent
Help Medicare beneficiaries understand plan information for the options Gala Health represents and support eligible individuals through the enrollment process without pressure.
What the work may include
- Learning about a client’s doctors, prescriptions, budget, and priorities.
- Explaining plan networks, costs, drug coverage, and additional benefits clearly.
- Following applicable Medicare marketing, privacy, licensing, and carrier requirements.
- Maintaining accurate follow-up and enrollment records.
